    Fish and Seafood Favorites

    Fish and seafood are central to Puerto Rican coastal cooking, with dishes that highlight freshness, simplicity, and bright island flavors. These recipes are packed with citrus, garlic, and herbs, letting the natural beauty of the ocean shine.

    Try Bacalao a la Vizcaína (Salt Cod Stew), Mofongo con Camarones (Shrimp Mofongo), or  Ceviche is a tangy, citrusy seafood salad, perfect for warmer weather or a refreshing appetizer. Another seafood favorite is Shrimp and Scallop Stew, which combines the flavors of the sea in a hearty, creamy broth.
