    Vegan or Vegetarian

    Puerto Rican vegan and vegetarian dishes are just as bold and satisfying as their meat-based cousins. Fresh vegetables, grains, and beans shine when seasoned with island flair.

    Try Garbanzos Guisados, Arroz con Gandules made vegan, and Mofongo de Vegetales (Vegetable Mofongo) for plant-based meals that never sacrifice flavor.
