    About Zoe,

I have been cooking all my life, but the longer I live outside my island, the more I miss its food, traditions, and culture. So join me as I reconnect with Puerto Rico through its excellent food!

You have gluten-free, Asian, and Entress, but these categories are unavailable.

Correct, they are not available yet. I am always looking for inspiration and adventure in the kitchen, and these recipes will eventually come up as categories. I have their label as a reminder and as a marker. Instead of using an Entree category, I have left those as the "ingredient." Also, expect a vegetable ingredient soon.

I have a few ideas I would like to suggest; how do I do that?

Instagram is a great way to contact me and send me any suggestions. Please be advised that I hold the right to either make it, make it the way I feel like making it, or altogether skip it because it does not fit my style. However, I might take a suggestion and make it with Pinterest in mind. Either way, you will receive an answer within 40 to 72 hours of submitting it.

I want to know what you think! Did you make this recipe? Please, leave a review and a rating below. You can also find me on Instagram! Please sign up for my email list to receive my newest and latest recipe.
