    Chicken, Turkey, and Duck

    Chicken, turkey, and duck recipes are perfect for showing off Puerto Rican flavors in lighter, but still rich and satisfying ways. Whether it's everyday dinners or festive meals, these poultry dishes get the full seasoning treatment.

    We all know that poultry is a kitchen staple, and with good reason. It's versatile, affordable, and can be cooked in so many ways that it never gets boring. Let me suggest some of my favorites! Roasted Chicken Thighs, Chicken and Chorizo Stew, or how about some Buffalo Chicken Meatballs?!
