Ají-li-mojíli

a tasty little dipping sauce used for roasted pork.

Ingredients

  • eight large garlic cloves peeled
  • eight peppercorns whole black peppers or peppercorn blend
  • twelve sweet chili peppers seeded
  • half cup vinegar
  • half cup lime juice
  • four teaspoons salt
  • one cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender, and pulse thoroughly.
  • Stir well before serving.
