    Condiments

Condiments are food items or sauces used to enhance other foods' flavors. They are typically added to dishes before or after cooking or used as a dipping sauce. Condiments come in various forms, including liquid, semi-solid, or solid, and can be sweet, savory, or spicy.

Here are my favorite go-to recipes to add flavor to anything I make; Sofrito, adds exceptional flavor to any vegetable dish, Adobo, is great to infuse meats with an excellent flavor profile; and Aji-li-mojíli, to dip cooked meats or drizzle your food with.
