a tasty little dipping sauce used for roasted pork.

Ingredients

Scale

eight large garlic cloves, peeled

eight peppercorns (whole black peppers or peppercorn blend)

twelve sweet chili peppers, seeded

half cup vinegar

half cup lime juice

four teaspoons salt

one cup olive oil

Instructions

 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, and pulse thoroughly.
  2. Stir well before serving.
